The Swamp / Parisi Speed School ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who interact with our training program. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information in connection with registration and participation in the Parisi Speed School program.

Our program is designed for youth athletes, but we collect information only from adults (parents or legal guardians). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.

2. Who We Collect Information From

All registrations must be completed by an adult — a parent or legal guardian of the participating athlete. By submitting a registration, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

We do not:

  • Accept sign-ups directly from minors under the age of 18.
  • Knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
  • Target or direct our registration process toward children.

3. COPPA Compliance

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") applies to the online collection of personal information from children under the age of 13. Because we collect information exclusively from adult parents and guardians, not directly from children, our registration process is designed to be consistent with COPPA requirements.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe this may have occurred, please contact us immediately at the information provided in Section 8.

From Adults (Parents / Guardians):

  • Full name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Billing and payment information
  • Relationship to the athlete

About the Youth Athlete (Provided by Parent/Guardian):

  • Athlete’s name and date of birth
  • Any relevant medical or physical conditions disclosed voluntarily for safety purposes

5. How We Use the Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process registrations and payments for the Parisi Speed School program.
  • Communicate program schedules, updates, and important notices to parents and guardians.
  • Ensure athlete safety during training sessions.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect.
