SWEAT is our group fitness, strength and conditioning program built to help you get stronger, move with quality and stay consistent without overcomplicating it. Similar to SwampFit, all SWEAT workouts are based on movements including metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and strength exercises - but without the barbell. SWEAT classes feature a longer workout time domain to focus on endurance while using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and more.
Our SWEAT group class programming is designed to be structured yet constantly varied in one-week cycles. This means every day is different yet intentionally works various, complementary muscle groups and movements over a week's programming.
All SWEAT classes are 45 minutes in length and led by one of our experienced coaches. Each class follows a planned progression and structure:
